Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets
- Bet acceptance: A Bet is deemed accepted when it is registered on the Operator's servers and appears in your Account history. If a dispute arises, the Operator's internal transaction logs shall be the final evidence of the Bet's existence, value, and outcome, subject to independent regulator or test-lab verification where applicable.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game may specify minimum and maximum stake limits. You may not place Bets outside these limits. The Operator may adjust limits or apply individual limits to your Account without prior notice to comply with risk management, AML, or regulatory obligations.
- Funding Bets: Bets can only be placed using available funds in your Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance (where a Bonus allows wagering). You may not place Bets exceeding your available balance.
Modification and Cancellation of Bets
- Irreversibility: Once a Bet is confirmed, it cannot usually be cancelled or modified by you.
- Operator corrections: The Operator reserves the right to void, adjust, or refuse Bets where:
- an obvious error (including technical or pricing error) has occurred;
- a Game malfunction has affected Bet placement or settlement; or
- there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, or other prohibited conduct.
Rules of Conduct and Fair Play
- Game rules: Each Game is governed by its own rules and paytables as displayed within the Game. By playing, you accept those rules as part of these Terms.
- Prohibited behaviour: You must not:
- engage in collusion with other players or exploit software bugs;
- use automated tools, bots, scripts, or AI systems to play or gain an unfair advantage;
- manipulate or attempt to manipulate the outcome of any Game; or
- use strategies that rely on exploits, delays, or connection manipulation.
- Live casino and chat: Where live dealer or chat features are available, you must:
- communicate respectfully with dealers, staff, and other players;
- not use offensive, discriminatory, hateful, or obscene language;
- not promote other services, solicit funds, or advertise products; and

- Eligibility: Bonuses and promotions are offered at the Operator's discretion and may be targeted based on your country, currency, or Account history. The Operator may restrict or withdraw offers from specific Users or jurisdictions.

- opt in on the promotions page or in a pop-up window;
- enter a bonus or promo code; and/or
- make a qualifying deposit meeting minimum amount and payment method requirements.
Wagering Requirements and Timeframes

- withdrawing any associated Bonus funds; or
- transferring them to your Real Money Balance.
- Contribution of Games: Different Games may contribute differently towards meeting wagering requirements. Typically:
- most video slots contribute 100%;
- table games, live casino, and some specialty games may contribute 0 - 20%;
- certain Games may be excluded entirely.
- Time limits: Bonuses are usually valid for a limited period (for example, 7 - 30 days) from the time of crediting, and free spins may have shorter validity (for example, 24 - 72 hours). If wagering is not completed within the specified timeframe, the Bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
Prohibited Actions and Bonus Abuse
- Prohibited patterns: To protect fair play, you must not:
- place low-risk or hedge Bets (e.g., covering majority outcomes in roulette) to meet wagering with minimal risk;
- place single Bets significantly higher than your usual stake size solely to exploit a Bonus;
- delay rounds or features (e.g., free spins, bonus games) for later play when no wagering requirements apply; or
- use multiple Accounts, collusion, or shared devices/IPs to claim the same promotion multiple times.
- Combining promotions: Unless explicitly allowed, Bonuses cannot be combined. Only one active Bonus may apply to your Account at any given time. Attempting to circumvent this rule may result in the cancellation of all active Bonuses and related winnings.
- Operator's rights: Where the Operator reasonably suspects Bonus abuse, it may:
- remove the Bonus and associated winnings;
- confiscate funds derived from abuse; and/or
- close or permanently ban your Account.
Refunds and Bonus Adjustments
- Bonus cancellation: You may request Bonus removal via customer support. If a Bonus is removed at your request, any winnings derived from that Bonus may be annulled, at the Operator's discretion.
- Errors: If a Bonus is credited in error, the Operator may remove or adjust it and correct Account balances accordingly. Where feasible, the Operator will notify you of such corrections.

- credit and debit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard);
- e-wallets and online payment services;
- bank transfers; and

- Payment processing: Deposits may be processed by third-party Payment Processors acting on behalf of the Operator, including SS Techno Services Limited and other Cyprus-based subsidiaries. The name appearing on your bank or card statement may differ from the Website name.
- Ownership of payment method: You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. The Operator may require documentation proving such ownership.
- Limits and fees: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section. The Operator may apply or amend deposit limits and may charge reasonable processing fees, disclosed at the point of transaction.
Withdrawals
- General rules: Withdrawals will, where possible, be made via the same method used for deposit and in the same currency. The Operator may, at its discretion, choose an alternative method where the original is unavailable.
- KYC and AML checks: The Operator may request updated KYC documents before processing withdrawals, regardless of prior verification. Until checks are completed, withdrawals may be delayed, limited, or declined.
- Processing times: The Operator aims to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable period (e.g., within 1 - 3 Business Days), but actual receipt of funds depends on your bank, payment provider, and location. Delays caused by third parties or Force Majeure Events are outside the Operator's control.
- Limits: The Operator may apply daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits and may require additional checks for higher amounts or cumulative wins. Such limits are communicated in the cashier or in these Terms where relevant.
- Fees: The Operator may charge withdrawal fees, which will be displayed before you confirm the transaction. Your bank or payment provider may also charge independent fees or exchange rate margins.
Refunds and Chargebacks
- No credit: The Operator does not provide credit; you must not attempt to reverse or charge back legitimately made deposits after they have been used for gambling.
- Refund policy: Deposits that have been used for wagering are generally non-refundable. In exceptional cases where a deposit has not been used for gambling and you request a refund, the Operator may consider it at its discretion, subject to KYC and AML checks and possible fees.
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with a bank or payment provider, the Operator may:
- freeze or close your Account;
- recover amounts due by offsetting balances, including winnings; and/or
- report suspected fraudulent chargebacks to relevant authorities or credit agencies.
Crypto-Specific Conditions (if applicable)
- Value fluctuations: Cryptocurrency values may fluctuate. Where deposits or withdrawals are processed in cryptocurrency, any gains or losses due to exchange rate movements between deposit and withdrawal are at your sole risk.
- Network confirmations: Crypto transactions require network confirmations. The Operator will credit or release funds only after a sufficient number of confirmations, as determined in its sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Fairness and integrity: The Operator aims to ensure that all Games operate fairly and in accordance with applicable technical standards. Games are typically provided by third-party software suppliers employing random number generators ("RNGs") tested by independent laboratories where required by the Curacao licensing framework.
- Accuracy of results: The outcomes of Games are determined by the RNG or relevant game mechanics. In the event of discrepancy between your on-screen display and the Operator's game server logs, the latter shall prevail, subject to any applicable independent audits or regulator reviews.
Exclusions of Liability
- Technical issues: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for:
- interruptions, delays, or data loss caused by internet, network, or hardware failures;
- incompatibility of the Services with your device or software; or
- viruses, malware, or other harmful components introduced via third-party services or your own system.

- loss of profits, revenue, business, or opportunity; or
- any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
Financial Cap
- Subject to any non-excludable statutory rights (including under the Australian Consumer Law, if applicable), the Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the greater of:
- the amount of the Bet or Wager that gave rise to the dispute; or
- the balance of your Real Money Balance at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

- Where such rights apply, the Operator's liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, at the Operator's option, to resupplying the relevant services or paying the cost of having the services resupplied.

By the Operator
- The Operator may, at its discretion and with or without prior notice, suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account or access to the Services if:
- you breach these Terms or any applicable Bonus or game rules;
- there is suspicion of fraud, collusion, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful activity;
- you provide false, misleading, or incomplete information;
- you initiate chargebacks or fail to honour payment obligations; or
- the Operator is required to do so by law, regulation, its licence conditions, or court/authority orders (including ACMA enforcement actions).
- In urgent cases (such as suspected fraud or regulatory orders), the Operator may implement immediate suspension to protect itself, its partners, and other players.

- To the extent that mandatory consumer protection or other laws of your country of residence (including Australia) apply and cannot be excluded, such laws may provide you with additional rights which prevail in case of inconsistency with these Terms.

- you should first contact the Operator's customer support at [email protected] or via live chat, providing full details of the issue; and
- the Operator will use reasonable efforts to investigate and respond within a reasonable time.
- If you are not satisfied with the Operator's final response and your complaint relates to the fairness of the gambling services or licence conditions, you may escalate the matter to the Operator's Curaçao licensor:
